Your account database and its backups are hosted in Saudi Arabia. Some processing — AI, email, error monitoring and support — is carried out by the sub-processors listed on our sub-processors page, including transfers outside the Kingdom under standard contractual clauses. Qudra complies with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), administered by SDAIA.
