What is a credit?
1 credit ≈ 1,000 standard AI input-equivalent tokens. You are charged in halalas for actual AI consumption; credits are the display unit that makes your usage easy to understand.
The formula
Credits shown = ⌈actual cost in halalas ÷ 1.13⌉. The 1.13 factor reflects the retail price of 0.8 halalas per credit vs. a raw cost of ~1.13 halalas per credit-equivalent.
Top-up packs
SAR 20 → 2,000 credits. Top-up credits work with any plan. They inherit your current tier's agent access — upgrade your plan to unlock a higher Qudra agent tier.
Principle
Every AI debit links to its source usage log. You can always see exactly what Qudra agent tier was used, how many tokens were consumed, and what it cost in halalas. Click "How was this calculated?" on any history row.
